Martin Minett specialises in claims preparation and settlement of material damage and business interruption and related claims. We provide expert claims preparation services to insurance brokers and business clients. We work exclusively for insured entities. From small businesses to major multi-national corporations, we aim to achieve full claim entitlement under the terms of their policy.

Rob is an expert in the preparation of business interruption claims.
Over the last 20 years, Rob has gained a wide range of experience both within the accounting profession and the insurance industry.
Rob was a Director of MSM from 2005-2010 specialising in business interruption insurance matters. Prior to that he worked for insurance companies for over ten years in both the accounting and operations side of the insurance business. He spent over 4 years consulting to liquidators in insurance administration. In particular he was involved in maximising returns on a number of complex insurance matters.
Rob has managed the preparation and resolution of insurance claims for a diverse range of clients ranging from multi-national mining companies, large retail clients and five star tourist resorts through to small to medium enterprises. Rob has also liaised with senior counsel and solicitors and compiled expert reports on quantum of loss claims for mediation and litigation matters.
Rob is experienced in preparing and settling claims with technical, legal and detailed accounting issues as well as negotiating favourable outcomes for his clients.
Paul has over 13 years' experience specialising in the quantification of economic loss and financial analysis, including insurance claims, expert testimony, forensic accounting and litigation support.
He is an accomplished leader in the industry, recognised and respected for his thoughtful and thorough approach to assignments, which has resulted in the successful resolution of very complex matters. Paul has prepared insurance claims for clients in Australia, and internationally, including New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, Malaysia, South Africa and the United Kingdom.
Paul has assisted clients encompassing a broad range of industries, including minerals, mining and metal processing, food and beverage, retail and transport, and freight and logistics.
He has prepared independent expert accounting reports for various jurisdictions, including the Supreme Courts of New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia and the Federal Court of Australia. Having begun his career at Price Waterhouse Chartered Accountants, he has since held senior executive positions in corporate finance, and in the fields of security and utilities.
Paul's commercial background has given him a pragmatic perspective which is applied to the negotiation and agreement of financial loss.
